i have owned three cars

this was my first car, a rover 214 SLi (twincam)

it was supposed to be around 95 bhp but i don't think it was however the engine was (fortunately) fairly bombproof 

i broke it a few times (most notably the "driveshaft" incident)

 

then i bought this focus 1.8 petrol zetec

it is 115 bhp, that's about as powerful a car as i should have been allowed

i liked it, it drove nicely

 

this is my most recent purchase to celebrate my becoming of an old man (30) as it is an old mans car

another focus, this time a 2.0 diesel ghia in the newer shape, at 136 bhp it is not much more powerful but does have mountains of torque and genuinely high efficiency (60mpg on the motorway!)

not quite as sporty but more refined and grownup. very comfy ride
